Claire Vidler - Managing Director

Claire started her career in recruitment back in 1991 and since 1995 she has recruited specifically within creative communications. After 8 years working her way up from Consultant to MD at a leading London creative recruitment agency, she swapped the city for the countryside and set up Blue Tree, an independent, recruitment boutique agency based in Surrey recruiting across London and the Home Counties. Outside of work, Claire loves spending time with her daughter and keeping her two Labradoodles in check! She is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and her proudest achievements have been to run the London Marathon in 2006 for Breast Cancer and a tandem skydive from 12,500 ft. Debbie Welch - Director

Debbie began her recruitment career in 1998 with one of London's leading consultancies. Here she progressed from Consultant to Manager of the Language Division, focusing on the recruitment of multilingual staff across London. Following the birth of her two daughters, Debbie now enjoys a healthy work/life balance and loves supporting clients and candidates in their quest for a new staff member/new job one day, and running round the park with her children the next! With 3 years previous experience in the creative recruitment sector, Debbie loves putting all of her skills and experience to good use for others to benefit from. Outside work, Debbie enjoys running and is training for her first 10k run in London in the Summer of 2013 - watch out for her training on the streets of Surrey! Joanna Rogers – Senior Consultant

Joanna joined Blue Tree after 10 years working as an Estate Agent for one of Surrey's premier agencies. Joanna brings with her a passion for success and placing the right candidates with their perfect positions. She truly believes in customer service and doing her absolute best 100% of the time. When she is not at work she spends most of her time with her puppy Tyson, socializing with friends and family or baking cupcakes. Leanne Duly - Operations Manager

Leanne started her recruitment career working for a successful recruitment advertising agency as an Account Executive.  Leanne believes 100% in providing a first class service to both client and candidate alike all of the time, she loves meeting people and interviewing them to find out how she can help them find the ideal role.  Outside of work her proudest achievement was a skydive in Australia and a bike ride from London to Windsor in 2009 for the British Heart Foundation. Beverley Birdsey - Finance Manager

Beverley has worked her way through the full range of finance roles; starting as a data entry clerk back in the 1980s, through credit control and a variety of bookkeeping positions, and ending up as an interim Finance Manager / Director for a range of medium and large organisations. Rarely seen without her giant calculator, she loves to bring financial control and order to SMEs across the south east. When not ploughing through spread sheets and ledgers, she can be found playing tennis (or organising practices and matches for the ladies team she captains), swimming or solving fiendish maths puzzles. Favourite motto - A good head and a good heart are a formidable combination - Nelson Mandela.
