Claire Vidler - Director

Claire started her career in recruitment back in 1991 and since 1995 she has recruited specifically within creative communications. After 8 years working her way up from Consultant to MD at a leading London creative recruitment agency, she swapped the city for the countryside and set up Blue Tree, an independent, recruitment boutique agency based in Surrey recruiting across London and the Home Counties. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and outside of work her proudest achievements have been to run the London Marathon in 2006 for Breast Cancer, a tandem skydive from 12,500 ft and keeping her two Labradoodles Lola and Charlie in check! Favourite motto - What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger - Friedrich Nietzsche.

Lucie Radford - Senior Consultant

Before joining Blue Tree, Lucie spent 14 years working at some of London’s leading communications agencies. Lucie brings this breadth of first-hand experience to really appreciate the skills required to succeed in the creative industry and is perfectly placed to understand client business needs. Outside of work, Lucie can be found indulging in her passions for food and shopping and trying to persuade her husband to buy her a sausage dog. Her proudest achievements are her two small children. Favourite motto - The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams - Eleanor Roosevelt.

Leanne Duly - Resourcing & Office Manager

Leanne started her recruitment career working for a successful recruitment advertising agency as an Account Executive. Leanne believes 100% in providing a first class service to both client and candidate alike all of the time, she loves meeting people and interviewing them to find out how she can help them find the ideal role. Outside of work her proudest achievement was a sky dive in Australia and a bike ride from London to Windsor in 2009 for the British Heart Foundation. Favourite motto - Never look down on anybody unless you're helping him up - Jesse Jackson.

Kelly Sutherland – Accounts Manager

Prior to joining Blue Tree, Kelly worked within the creative events industry. She believes that service and honesty play key roles in any work environment and has focused on this in her positions within blue chip banking organizations and small independent companies alike. Outside of work, Kelly is keen on cooking and sports and spends her spare time playing tennis and running to burn off her indulgences! Some of her more adventurous achievements include a skydive, bunjee jumps, white water rafting and the London to Brighton bike ride. Favourite motto - The pessimist may often be proved right, but the optimist has a better journey - Daniel L. Reardon.
